PODCAST: Something is Missing
We're one week away from going to the iHeartRadio Podcast Awards! We're not quite sure how we ended up here, but we're definitely looking forward to our time in LA. For now, we're chit chatting about our lives, the show our production team is pitching next week, the end of tour and our never-changing mission. We also get real deep about where we're currently at and how we feel like something is missing but we don't know what. We're not perfect, y'all, but we're trying our best to manage it all over here.

If your company is not exponentially growing but you're not at capacity, you shouldn't be hiring more people to execute tasks that you're not currently doing. Sometimes you have to hire people in order to grow and you have to take that risk in order to get to the next level, but that's not always the case.
No one is entitled to a job and a salary. Don't be late, come prepared with ideas, don't become complacent in your job. You need to bring value to the table by having a great work ethic, always showing up and having a positive attitude and an irreplaceable personality.
Sometimes you have to stop and think about where you are now compared to where you were a few years ago. If you aren't anywhere different, then that's a problem. You can't expect other people to take your journey for you. You have to be in charge of that journey. You have to drive where you want to go.
Our mission from the beginning came from needing motivation in womanhood and motherhood. So, we're not motivational speakers but we're motivational livers. We help heal people in the process of becoming a woman and a mother. We had no where to go, so we created it. We're making people laugh because we believe laughing makes you feel alive as a woman and a mother and you deserve to continue to have fun and to grow as you take on these newfound roles in life. What our production team is pitching to networks next week is a celebration of females supporting each other and building and nurturing important friendships. The reason we've grown is due to so many of these different facets that make up who we are. That is what's resonating with people.
Not everything is sunshine and rainbows, but you need to experience difficult moments in order to get to the next place.
