RECIPE: Coco's Cupcakes

For our latest cooking tutorial we brought back our cute little sous chef, Chloe! Watch and learn as we whip up delicious sprinkle cupcakes with a secret ingredient as a healthy alternative to oil + butter. And check out the full recipe below!

INGREDIENTS

  • Cupcake mix

  • 1/3 cup apple sauce (healthy alternative to oil + butter)

  • 1 1/4 cup water

  • 3 eggs

  • Sprinkles (because it looks like rainbows 🌈)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pour the cupcake mix into a large bowl.

  2. Add apple sauce, water, eggs and sprinkles. Mix ingredients together!

  3. Pour mixture into cupcake tin and bake at 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

  4. Let them cool, then ice them and eat them!! Secret trick: cut the cupcakes in half and put icing in the middle then stick them back together like a sandwich and add more icing on the top with extra sprinkles ✨
