RECIPE: Coco's Cupcakes
For our latest cooking tutorial we brought back our cute little sous chef, Chloe! Watch and learn as we whip up delicious sprinkle cupcakes with a secret ingredient as a healthy alternative to oil + butter. And check out the full recipe below!
INGREDIENTS
Cupcake mix
1/3 cup apple sauce (healthy alternative to oil + butter)
1 1/4 cup water
3 eggs
Sprinkles (because it looks like rainbows 🌈)
DIRECTIONS
Pour the cupcake mix into a large bowl.
Add apple sauce, water, eggs and sprinkles. Mix ingredients together!
Pour mixture into cupcake tin and bake at 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan) for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let them cool, then ice them and eat them!! Secret trick: cut the cupcakes in half and put icing in the middle then stick them back together like a sandwich and add more icing on the top with extra sprinkles ✨
